At Vedette, every piece is photographed and presented with care. We make every effort to represent each product’s color, fabric, fit, and details as accurately as possible.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to professional photography, lighting, image display, screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the nature of handcrafted production. This may include minor differences in color, texture, measurements, or finishing.
These slight variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for return, exchange, or refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible differences.
Alterations
Alteration requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. All alteration requests are subject to review and feasibility, as some adjustments may not be possible depending on the design, fabric, embroidery, or construction of the piece.
Items submitted for alteration must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from perfume, makeup, or stains, and must not have been altered elsewhere.
If an alteration is required due to an error on Vedette’s side, we will review the request and arrange the appropriate correction. For customer-requested adjustments, alteration fees and any related delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed before proceeding.
Alteration timelines may vary depending on the requested adjustment and will be shared once the item has been reviewed. Vedette reserves the right to decline alteration requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Returns & Refunds
As Vedette pieces are produced with care and many items are made to order, all sales are considered final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side.
To request a return or refund review, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for review, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free from perfume, makeup, or stains, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
All claims are subject to review, as every Vedette piece is inspected before dispatch. Minor variations in color, fabric appearance, measurements, or finishing, as outlined in our Product Details & Variations section, are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
If a verified defect or error is confirmed, Vedette reserves the right to repair, replace, or correct the item. If we are unable to do so, a refund may be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, fit preference, fabric expectations, styling choices, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or amended. As many Vedette pieces are prepared or produced specifically for each order, work may begin shortly after confirmation.
In rare cases, Vedette reserves the right to cancel an order if selected fabrics, materials, or production requirements become unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative where possible. If no suitable alternative is agreed upon, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Vedette also reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of payment issues, incorrect information, suspected misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Vedette ships to selected local and international destinations. Available delivery options, fees, and estimated timelines will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.
Orders are prepared according to the production timeline stated on each product page. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include both preparation and shipping time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping or tracking details where available. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond Vedette’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact details and delivery information at checkout. Vedette is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, or failure to respond to the courier.
If an order is returned to Vedette due to failed delivery, refusal of delivery, or incorrect customer information, any additional delivery or re-shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
